3 weeks and still no response! FNB does NOT care

Email sent a week ago after several escalations. STILL NO RESPONSE!

Good day

Thank you for your email.

We notice that complaint reference 944445 was issued for your complaint.

I assure you that we are attending to your complaint reference and will be in touch with you shortly.
Naomi Petersen
Team Leader

SD ********** : Fwd: FNB_CC_TOP-UP DEBT PROTECTION PLAN_APPLICATION FORM_11Jun29.pdf

THIS MATTER IS OUTSTANDING SINCE 4 JUNE !!!!!!!!!

This is beyond ridiculous!

Why do we as valued clients always have to beg for a semi-decent service? Must it always take extreme measures such as resorting to complaints boards and the likes of Hello Peter to get any results? Seems as if the more complaints and embarrassment you are subjected to the happier you are at the great expense of frustrated clients and non existant customer service!

This was a very simple request and I have done all the necessary from my side (completed and submitted application on the same day that ap was received) so a simple request for top up cover on a FNB credit card normally takes 3+ weeks and to date still unresolved?

Really pathetic!

So what exactly then was the purpose of the email from Naomi? FNB trying to muzzle a valued client does FNB care?...not quite sure about that! I think your average rating on this site speaks volumes.

I also will not appreciate your general copy and paste response about how this will become a formal complaint and the usual empty promises to resolve this issue. Just do what you were supposed to have done 3 weeks ago!
