3 weeks - 6 emails - NO replys

I have been a client with FNB for about one a half years. A few months ago I was trying to open up a Credit Card. The application process was very messy and 3 different employees asked me for different documents (work contract, then latest payslip, then 3 months payslip). Don't you have a standard procedure? If so, why don't your employees know such a standard query? Anyway, 2 weeks later while I was waiting for my payslips I am told that my application is expired. Do you consider at any point warning our customers about it?
I complain about the lack of professionalism and very very slow feedback with the intent to move to another bank that actually provides a customer service, both in emails as well as on the phone and the reply I get is \Ok. Thank you for your complaint.\" Isn't it any point a procedure to acknowledge a mistake and try to solve/repair it?
3 weeks ago I attempt again to open up a Credit Card, many emails. but no reply whatsoever! Due to my working hours I can't really afford to open up an account physically at the bank and would have liked to take advantage of an online service, as it was offered.

Very dissapointed."
