3 months stupid excuses

3 months and counting, all i get is stupid excuses that there are blocks on my natis profile. How the heck was i able to renew my driving license if i have blocks? The natis system is intertwined so one cannot circumvent one over the other. Nav Car and the entire support team are just useless and have no idea hoe to execute their tasks. Media is the only platform left now. Stupid people in office who don't deserve to be there.
