3 months paying a cellphone not in my possession
I bought a phone through FNBcellular in Oct 2014. In March 2015 I sent the device to MTN repairs as it was under the A MTN network it was declared faulty I got an email and sms from MTN REPAIRS. I have made numerous calls to FNB CELLULAR I SPOKE TO GUGULETHU BUTHELEZI, HER TEAM LEADER ANELE AND NTOMBIFUTHI MALATSI. NO ONE HAS HELPED ME I HAVE BEEN SENDING EMAILS CALLING THE CALL CENTRE I HAVE NOT BEEN ASSISTED. I M PAYING BUT THERE IS NO PHONE IN MY POSITION. WHAT DO I DO . THEY SEND ME TO MTN &
