3 months no refund!!!!

On the 27th of February I settled my loan with FNB the next day FNB debited the loan amount from my account (after I’ve settled it) I hoped that after a few days they would refund me, till today i never received my refund :( everyday i call the collections department no luck today i spoke to Anitha over the phone she couldn’t assist, on secure chat they giving me attitude instead of my money! I went as far as visiting the FNB Ottery Branch still no luck!! I’m so frustrated and disappointed in FNB. When I call the call centre I hold on for minutes for them to drop the call after I advise why I’m calling, I’ve lost hope all I want is my money FNB!!!!!
