3 months just to open business Account

Opened business account via online 3 months backs and the sales consultant call following day to explain further and after speaking to the sale consultant received email to send ck document id and proof of resident and forwarded all the documents. Its been 3 months now and I haven't got any respond I'm thinking of going to another bank that will quickly open my business account
