3 months for account closure without any retentions

Its has been 3 months since I requested numerous compliments to FNB, do you know how many people got back to me??? ZERO. 3 months and 0 People. FNB had bounced my debit order in December despite there being money in the account. They did not notify me that it had bounced, when I requested to close the account, they lady refused, saying there is stuff outstanding but unable to say what stuff? I complained directly to her, on this platform, twitter and the website. Still no one could help. Now chatting to the banker via the app, she told me to use the phone because the messages does not come through the app unless you change your screen. BUT on the other device, the same thing was happening and then the agent disappeared and I am left unassisted and still trying to move away from the bank.
