3 Follow ups and not one return email

This is now the 3rd review I am posing here Someone contacted me from FNB to discuss the matter of the subpoena Gave me an email address to send a mail, which I had done on the16th of September. A follow up email on the 19th of September and the also another follow up on the 25th of September with no reply from her.

Don't you think that is not a way to treat clients?

Please note that now I am out the country and email correspondence is needed
