I honestly don't have the energy to revert to HelloPeter again. With a space of 2 working days - 3 complaints.

1) FNB is unable to convert me to Fusion, I'll explain in more detail over the phone.

2) Your Secure Chat to Bankers app/service is seriously flawed, I've trieded it out over a period of more than 6 months, with no solution on any of my queries. Friday was the top of the iceberg. I need to send you all the screenshots.

3) This time it is Homeloans, I called *** at 09:51 am this morning (15 July). I was on the phone for 13 mins. The lady was unable to assist me with a question (which I explained 4 times), with her eventually choosing the easy way out and just putting me on hold
