3-5 Working days but still no return?How professional is this|?
<p>Dear Madam/Sir</p> <p> I have app**** for credit card almost 2 weeks from my mobile banking app and i submitted support docs as well.First time when i call fastapp call center they say it is on process and should not take more then 3 to 5 working days. I have cheque account and i would like to get my credit card from fnb as well because i want all my account in one hood.</p> <p> What a coincidence just couple of years ago i closed my fnb cheque account because credit card application was so slow after.... 3 years later i can see FNB Credit Card departmant is as slow as horse cart!!!Great pitty!What should i do?it is a festive season and i want my card as quick as possible. thanks for fast response.
now they are asking me foreign declaration form that i just did at brunch now.
proof of income that i submitted again and again and again....if you need this document it is ok but why nobody is telling me anything about it until now!
unbelievable!
anyway, i still have hope we will finalise this application before 2017.Regards
