3-5 days wait turns into a 2 week wait

Absolutely terrible service from FNB. I changed my account to the Premier fusion account a week and a half ago and was advised that my card will arrive between 3-5 working days at the Cresta branch however I still have not received it. I called FNB then they said they have escalated the matter and it should arrive in another 2-3 days so now it's a 2 week wait in total and was told to call the delivery company. I then called their courier company (DSV) and after 3 calls and an hour of waiting for someone to answer, I was advised that they only received the card this morning and started processing the delivery while I was on the call with them and advised me that deliver would be in the next 2-3 days. I shouldn't be calling the courier company to follow up on the delivery of my card that I ordered from FNB. I don't bank with DSV. FNB really need to rethink their courier service as a 2 week wait for a 3-5 day delivery is outrageous. Hopefully I'll get my card during this period.
