2NDCOMPLIMAINT-DOUBLE DEBITED-3 DAYS NOTHING DONE

Utterly Disgusted: 3 days later and still no resolution. In fact the consultant handling my query admits that in almost 3 business days... NOTHING has in effect been done!!!!<br> So much for valuing customers!!! Just being pushed from pillar to post... where no one... not even those handling this escalation complaint understand what to do. BEEN DOUBLE DEBITED ON THE 20 NOV - TODAY IS THE 1ST DEC AND STILL NOT REFUNDED - AFTER NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS AND HELLO PETER REF 820714 - UTTERLY DISGUSTING !!!!!
