2nd Worst bank in South Africa

After 5 times which we send through our fica documents (one set handed in at the branch to courier it to Bloemfontein, Tracking nr supp****) they still have only a proof of address of one of the trustees. We send the documents once again to the branch with a request to sign copies of them as proof of receipt, but they refused it as they said they do have everything on their computer and their attorney will contact us for what they need.<br> <br> Our account has been blocked, the filed complaint dont get answered, nobody can explain what happened to our private and confidential documents, everytime its a different person making contact, the branch says its the attorney that blocked the account, the attorney says its the branch.<br> <br> BEWARE How can we help you to close your account|<br> <br> Maybe its because we dont make use of their money but use our one. Our manager can anyway never help with anything.
