2nd Disappointment in FNB
It took me a month to open s stupid account with FNB (See all my previous Hellopeter.com Reviews of them). One reason for try to change my 35-year loyal bank (ABSA) was that there is a ATM close to me on the plot where I work now. Yesterday for the first time I needed money and when there to withdraw cash. Guess what? ... It was temporarily "Out of Order"!!! I had to go up the road (with a lift) to my ABSA to withdraw money and of cuase I have to pay an extra fee now. So what does this helps to go for a low fee "EasyGo Account" - I am a pensioner, but will end up paying more. This is ridiculous! Yes you right, I do not expect a ATM to be down, jut outside the city.

06 Aug 2020, 11:50Yes thanks, I had a call from you guys with an unfriendly lady that was not really interested in my difficulty to name the location of the ATM. However, a gentleman phone me (Rian) and was very helpful. How ever, I still need to open a new ticket, but Hellopeter does not allow it again. I have a new problem that I cannot Chat with you on the App not access my account on the web with the correct details. Your directions on the web is outdated or wrong! The steps they mention is not the same as on the latest app. Please contact me.
