2nd Complaint, please give my needed feedback.

This is my second complaint, i never got feedback after asking for relief then i logged a complaint on HP and got called on the same date and relief was granted. I asked for confirmation and was advised that i would get emailed the same day. I later got called by a different individual and was advised that they would follow up with the previous person. This never happened. Please fulfill your promise and provide me with the needed confirmation?
