2nd COMPLAINT and STILL NOTHING!
And still there is NOTHING! Where is your slogan 'how can we help you'???? Last week when I wrote something on Hello Peter I get immediate attention, but still everyone is loading a complaint and everyone is going to get management to phone me, but nothing comes of that. Thanks for helping FNB

The quickest response I get from FNB is if I put something on Hello Peter, but nothing is still being done about the matter. I can probably write a essay with all the reference numbers from you guys.
