2nd complaint And no discount

Hp attorneys doesn't help FNB clients who are in debt and trying to settle their account. All I keep asking is for a settlement discount so I can improve my record and move on. Hp attorneys do not allow discounts for amount under R5000. Hp attorneys also sent sms that are not friendly saying if no payment there will be further action. FNB / HP Attorneys sort this matter out, so names aren't being brought through the gutter
