2nd bad review in a space of a week

This is now my 2nd bad review about FNB in a space of a week. Five days later after I was promised my refund, I wake up today and there is still no money despite having phoned on Wednesday and was promised that the money would be in by Friday. It's very easy to take the money but when its time to return it, there are terms and conditions. I can't wait to close this account honestly. Keeping promises is not one of your strong points.
