2months and no help!!!

We have a co-op that we opened up last year. We have been trying to set up our online log in details since last year November and to date no success. We have payments we need to do and can't even access our money, we went to the bank to get assistance to do the payments inside the bank and they were not able to help us they said it must be done online. The person responsible who is Tina Mbava when asked to assist told us she is busy and never got back to us. Its been almost 2 months with no help and can't access our money or pay the suppliers. Can we just our money and move to another bank that is willing to assist us!!!
