Please know that if you get ****med with FNB, they will be of little help. They’re so bad at communicating a progress of a case, it’s almost as if their investigators do not take their jobs seriously. It’s been 10 months now and my case is pending, I don’t know the progress of it. They also keep telling me that the investigator will call me shortly, he never does call.
