We have been fighting with them since last August to stop edreams prime from deducting money from our account and all fnb replies is: it is your problem. Open an account with ANY bank except FNB. We have dealt with Precious Dladla, Faranas Sayed, Aletha Visser and several others and they REFUSE to help us.
