27.14 minutes to apply for a loan
I was really excited to get a call that my personal loan was approved. I have done telephone approval loans with Fnb and it has never taken 27.14 minutes to do it, FNB should have my details already I have a cheque account with you people it felt like I'm applying for another account no thanx .It's even worse when one is at work. Or maybe you just trying to make it difficult for people to get loans. I cancelled it rather make another plan. I'm really annoyed.
