25 minutes waiting in line still waiting
Need to fetch my business card, as my card expired. Certain it would be quick... System at this branch is, irrespective of your need, you take a ticket and wait... Lady after me needs a stamp, told her, enjoy the wait. Nobody at collections counter. The system needs to be re-alligned to encounter for longer and shorter processes. Still waiting ticket 279, arrived 15:24, now 15:55, 2nd in one of the lines...called number 16:03. SHOCKING!!!!!
