25 Minutes waiting for documents already sent
I recently got a credit card from FNB. After sending all the relevant documents to FNB (KYC) my credit card account then gets banned because my documents were not clear enough. As i understand it FNB are not allowed to issue a credit card without these documents (ID, Proof of Residence and Pay slip). I sent these documents and they issued the credit card which i now have but they have since banned it because my documents are not clear. I have sent these documents time and time again and after waiting 25 minutes to speak to someone the call was dropped. I am just about ready to cancel this credit card with an absolutely horrific bank.
