*****ulent activity happened on my account an online purchase using my card. I didn’t get a push app notification to verify that it is me. Three transactions went off after each other leaving my account in minus. I now have to wait up to 30 days before I can get my money back. This is negligence from the bank. If I received as usual push app notification to approve a transaction this would not have happened. Please advise as this is a matter of urgency, as i feel the banks security system has failed me as a client and do not feel its is safe to transact on my account
