Worst Ever, they advertise help to distressed home owners what the Frick,,, I app****, waited two months for response, run into Arreas only then they can call 44 times a day to say the same thing "your account was not paid.i repeat the same story.. waiting for your decision on my relief/Destress Application..hahaha they can phone 44 times a day if you owe them money but as soon as they need to resolve your problem they do not know how to pick up a phone or how to send an email just to acknowledge your application.have since placed notice to sell the house shame they deserve a zero.
