2 years of gross incompetence Elizabeth Mountjoy

<p>I was involved in an accident in 2012. Until today there is an ongoing case with another person who alleges involvement. I have been paid out, yet FNB cannot find records, they deny claims and they have made my life a living hell with all the attorney threats this other person is sending. Elizabeth Mountjoy may well be the most *********** person I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Why does everything have to get to HelloPeter before there are results? I have done everything that I needed to legally (how on earth would I have been able to buy a new car had they not paid me out?) and this has had a major impact on my life. Thousands of Rands spent on this so far. Will they reimburse me for my trouble? Do I have to take legal action? I am disgusted. I pray that someone will finally be able to settle this once and for all.</p>
