2+ YEARS AND QUERY STILL NOT SOLVED!!!!!
I took out a temp loan in 2020 and paid it up a month later and received a paid up letter, however I have been struggling to get this temporary loan appearing as in arrears for the full amount which has been settled removed from my ITC records for over two years! I have contacted the call center, I have emailed all the email address provided, I've been to the branches and these *********** staff and bank still can not update their records!
