2 weeks to open an account

On the 7th of October 2015 I spoke to Ali Jacobs at the FNB Business Banking call centre to open an account for my business, everything was done and he indicated that I would be within 48 hours to send documents to finalize the opening of the account. By Monday the 12th I still hadn't heard from anyone from FNB so I emailed Ali and he gave me an email address [Email Removed] to send all the documents, I sent the documents on Tuesday 13 October. On Thursday the 15 they requested a utility bill which I sent and was told I would be assisted within 3 days. On Tuesday the 20th I emailed Ali to indicate to him that I was unhappy with the shoddy service I was receiving, he gave me a number to call and said he would forward my issue to complaints department, I then phoned *** to follow up on the status of the account, I spoke to Nozi and she indicated that proof of residence (utility bill) was outstanding which I then emailed while I was on the phone with her, received a message that my documents were received and thought the issue would soon be closed. Now today Wednesday I receive an email that I must send my utility bill (for the 4th time now) to complete the process
