2 weeks no feedback

Awaiting feedback with regards to my funds with FNB. I was asked to provide FNB source of funds from my account. I provided adequate information as to the source of funds on the 14th of December, it’s now the 28th of December and still no feedback. The client I dealt with has already received what they requested. I’m currently sitting at a huge loss. Please assist
