2 weeks later, no card delivered!!

I lost my card, cancelled it on the 11th May. Delivery was promised within 5-7 working days.

7 working days later, I got a call from UTI requesting my address. and was promised delivery on the 24 or 25th May. On 23 May I phoned UTI to change the delivery address. All of a sudden they do not have my delivery record on their database and suggested I call CCD. I called CCD and they had nothing on their database. Ended up calling FNB to change the address and they promised that the address would be changed. On the 24th, as expected, my card got delivered to the wrong address and the receptionist had to send the courier company away. I have no idea if the card was taken back by the courier company. Instead of arranging a delivery at the correct address, they just left even after the receptionist gave them my cell number. I had to call FNB again and send urgent instructions to change the delivery address. It is 26 May today and I still have no card. Pretty sure my eBucks rewards level is going to decrease heavily this month because of FNB/UTI/CCD's poor communication with each other. I demand that I stay on my same rewards level for May/June as this was not my fault. I can understand a 5-7 working day SLA, but not 10-11 days now.
