2 Weeks and New Account Still Frozen!

I thought it might be a good idea to open a business account with FNB, but what a ********** disaster it has been. 10 days ago I opened the account and granted, the card arrived quickly. I shared my bank details with our card merchant provider in order for them to make payments. However, I soon noticed that I was not receiving any payments - only to find out that the account was frozen. No one from FNB had contacted me to request anything from me or to explain this.

I tried calling the business line, but waited around 30 minutes without answer. I tried using the chat in the app and no one could answer my question. Eventually I was informed that I needed to email documents to the KYC department. I did, but never heard back from them. I followed up yesterday and was told it would be resolved and I would receive payments by tomorrow. Since there was still no news on this, I tried following up in the chat today. The agent said he could not help me and I needed to call the KYC department. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes and the agent not knowing the situation with my account, I was told that they would send me documentation to complete and thereafter they would process it, which takes around 3 working days. This means that my account will only be activated next week!

This also means that all my card payments from the card merchant are bouncing until this matter is resolved, and I have not received any payments since last week Wednesday because of this. How am I supposed to run my business or pay suppliers if I am receiving no payments at all??

I really cannot operate this way and if this is just the application process that is so pathetic, inefficient and apathetic to me as a client, I do not want to have a business account with a bank that is content with operating this way. This combined with past experience has really led to me absolutely detesting working with FNB. Customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced.
