2 profiles and can't get it closed
I am not a customer with fnb . I considered to moved my bank accounts and wanted to apply for loan. They told me that they couldn't continue because I have 2 profiles. This whole morning I am been sending from this department then to that one on the phone and no one seems to know who must do it.

Kindly be advised in order to combine your profiles you will need to visit your nearest FNB branch as the system is picking up 2 different surnames .Lourens and Smit .
Please take original :
- ID book
- Marriage certifiacte
- latest Proof of residence. This can only be done at a Branch as you will be required to do a online finger verifiaction.
