2 Months to repair phone

I bought an Apple I Phone 5s from FNB. After 2 weeks stoped working and was collected by FNB. This was in October. It is now end of December and still no phone but i have to pay for it every month

I dont want apologies. I want my phone back. And the R4000 for the seconhand phone I had to go buy to be able to do my job
