2 Months still no Business Account

After 2 months of sending endless documents back and forth our account is still not open or active. All we get from FNB when we phone is that they are working on it. When will FNB realize that we are a Business and they can benefit from servicing us? <br> <br> NO ATTEMPT TO SERVICE
