2 months and still NO HELP

2 months later and still trying to sort out the most simple issue. Go to a branch, turned away because they don't know what to do and direct me to call centre, call centre can't assist as they don't know what to do...EVEN A PRIVATE BANKER CAN'T HELP! Yikes, stay clear of this bank. Stay very clear.
