2 incorrect cards sent

Hi FNB, here is my story. I wanted to downgrade from premium to gold credit card. I did so but you sent me a petrol(petro gold card. You also sent my spouse a gold card linked to my account. You sent two wrong cards and all you were suppose to do is send me the gold credit card because i downgraded. Myself and my souse has the same initials and it seemed like that confused you guys. Now im sitting with 1 old premier card and all i wanted was new gold credit card because i downgraded my account. now i have a new petro card which i don't want and my spouse has a credit card which i don't want. Please sort out for me because this is not hard to understand thank you
