2 days to order a new debit card..still got nowhere......

Literally impossible to order a new bank card on the FNB App. Lost my card, maybe 2 months ago. Finally decided it's time to sort it out. 2 days, I have been trying to get it ordered. Your FNB app is anything but easy to work on. by the time I located where to order the card, the account I need the card for doesnt come up.

You cant speak to anyone, this is really frustrating. All I need is a new bank card, without having to take time off work.
