2 days and your messing up

So I get my card from FNB (in record time) after it took me literally 10 minutes to have an account. To my surprise my card is still not active 48 hours later. I decide to go my nearest branch to have the card activated. With me I have proof of residence and my ID. These are the first things I give to the consultant helping me. He checks them continues to assist me. Exactly 18 minutes later he comes back to say they are not accepting my proof of residence as it does not display my second name. There is aldy at the door who checked my documents and she also didn’t bother to check if its correct. So im with the bank 2 days and already im not happy. I would like to Kindly cancel this account as I am no longer interested. You brag about service but the Cresta Branch knows nothing about service. So if the consultant who knows the process gets hit by a bus then the whole branch crumbles. Im a very disappointed 2 day customer. Wonder what happens with the clients that have been there for years. Disgusted.
