2 Days, 8 Consultants, 2 Departments, 3 Hrs on Hold = 0 RESULTS!!! PayPal Linking

I'm terribly surprised by how difficult it has been to reactivate my FNB online profile (which is linked to my PayPal account). Two days, 8 different consultants between 2 departments and a minimum of 3 hours and 10 minutes on hold (accumulative). The results? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Account deleted, and advised to reregister by consultant. Tried to reregister, but the website says I'm an existing user. Tried to log in - website says that there's a problem with online banking. The last consultant I spoke to told me that I cant register a new account because "that's not the way it works" even though i was told by a previous consultant that it would work.
