2 Credit Card accounts after so-called downgrade
My account is still not fully downgraded. I requested a downgrade on both my Private Client accounts to Gold - both Cheque and Credit. The cheque wes finally downgraded after a hellopeter complaint. A Gold credit card was issued and before I even had it a charge the monthly charge of R1000 was required which sent it into negatives. The Private Clients Credit account is still active - now I have 2 Credit accounts. The Gold one going into negatives but the Private Clients one sill has a positive balance. Why are there 2 Credit accounts?
