2 complaints later and the same ****

My salary goes into my account every month, to the same bank, (FNB), for the past 12+ yrs. My overdraft is going off the minute monies hit my account, which means the bank gets its money no matter what. Yet after reducing my overdraft for the past 5 years from R 30 000 to under R 4 000, the bank says they cannot grant me a new overdraft as they cannot guarantee they will get their money every month. What a **** excuse for a bank you are FNB. I am very disappointed. So to anyone that think FNB can help you, well think again. Loyalty means nothing to them because as a loyal customer you will get nothing in return. So to FNB, if you cannot help me, please do not bother to contact me.
