1Voucher FNB

I purchased a 1Voucher on the 25th of July 2024. I’ve been calling, emailing, sending messages on secure chat for assistance for a serial number and they haven’t assisted me till date. On Capitec it’s easy to retrieve you just go on the app. What upsets me is that the voucher I had purchased was initially rejected but money went out and I want my refund. FNB is in compatible and unreliable
