1st time applicant issues

Im trying to open a cheque account and credit card on that fnb app, Its like pulling a tooth. Keeps taking me through the same process, apply, select card, add personal details, I don't have fnb credentials again and again. Im so tired, if this is what happens at application level, maybe it's not worth the hassle, contact center is closed, can't reach customer service, like, it's just a mess
