18 Years of loyalty with FNB, only to be treated in disdain. Zero security measures.

I reported 3 ***** cases after my FNB cards were ****** and I reported the same to the SAPS where the cards and other items in my house were ****** in my sleep. Today, FNB insists that the ******* used my pin number to access my funds. And my question is HOW? HOW can ********s get easy access just by merely having the physical bank card.

Clearly, there is no security and they lie in their investigations.

Having banked with FNB for over 18 years and most of those years in Private Banking. I never thought it was possible to be treated in such disdain.

Almost all assets and investments I ever purchased were with them. And I am not even worth a proper response with accurate findings.
