15 December

FNB has sent out sms' stating that they will do personal loan deductions on the 15 December. Some people are not paid by that time and FNB asks that we send a sms wth the word "OPT OUT" if you dont want the deduction to happen on the day. My problem is that if I dont have airtime I will not have the option of opting out and that will result in the bouncing of the deduction. Why do I have to spend money to opt out of an option I never opted in for?

After I recieved a call and later a email saying that my debit order date will revert to the normal date rather than the 15th December, FNB goes and debits my account on the 15th anyway. Makes you question the type of people we instrust our finances with
