15 days and still no reversal

Over two weeks ago I app**** to for a reversal through the bank I have been a client at for over 15 years now, FNB.

To this day there has been no reversal of the transfer I made to my own account. The reversal was approved over 10 days ago and yet the funds have not been reversed. This has put me under a massive amount of emotional and financial strain as I have no funds in my transactional with which to buy petrol, food or anything else for that matter.

I have spoken to so many people at FNB and am always given some of other excuse. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will most definitely be depositing my salary into a different bank as of the end of this month. I no longer wish to support a financial institution that cares so little for their clientele that they ignore their pleas for over 2 weeks for a reversal which is meant to take 2 to 3 business days to complete.

I will speak against FNB at every turn and wherever I see a friend of colleague banking with them. This is not the first issue I've had eith FNB but it's the last straw. They also have refused to keep me in the know throughout this entire process and I've had to spend probably a total of 4 hours on the phone trying to find out what the hell is going on with my money. They don't care about their clientele unless they're making money off of you, they are not a financial institution that cares for the wellbeing of their clients at all. 15 days later and I'm still waiting for a reversal of a transfer I did to MY OWN account. How difficult can it be? I work in the IT industry at a bank and am well aware how easy it is to identify a transaction and have it reversed. What th ****** hell is taking you useless bunch so long? Its not rocket science. I have no idea why you win so many awards. You have the worst track record of customer service I have ever experienced.
