14days no communication

14 days now since a case of ***** was opened on my Easy Zero Account.To date nobody has answers for me.Omphile Kwadi is still nowhere to be found but according to the bank she is the ONLY 1 that can assist.In the mean time i suffer as my funds are blocked and i have missed my premiums.Not even a note on the system to give an idea of whats happening...sies man this is not what i expected from such a reputable bank.I regret the day i started using that stupid card.This bank DISGUSTS me to say the least
