14 Months and counting

I logged a complaint 17/4/2015 re 2 paid up loans that was paid up MARCH 2015 more than a year later and they still show unpaid and my credit rating has gone out of the window, I send them a detailed report with their quotes and the proof of payment of the paid loans. I have send the same info 8 times now and everytime I hit a brick wall. No one can give me a answer or direction, when I call the loans dept they tell me I must call debt review dept, then I do just that and then I get told no you must talk to loans dept. My call logged reference number is 668481 and I wish someone will have it within them to actually solve my problem. I have no debt except my car and my house, but by the inability of FNB I have a even worse credit profile.
