I am not on fixed rate with FNB home loan but my installment is still the same and till today no one has given me an answer as to why, there's extra charges with no proper explanation. the interest went up by 4% since I took the home loan with them. They are dishonest and never take any accountability for their BAD SERVICE, at first they forgot to sign me up for mortgage protection but debited the premium when they later realized that it's not registered then they stopped debiting the extra fee and only said they are sorry and never paid back those premiums back to me. I followed up till I got tired of wasting my money on calls.
